At Royal Graphics we have a wide variety of services to meet all your needs.

At Royal Graphics, we manufacture flexographic printing plates for the corrugated packaging industry, polybag industry, and label industry. Our combined skill set comes from decades of industry and manufacturing experience. We have a deep understanding of our industry and our customers' products and processes.

Accepted File Formats

Vector Artwork (recommended)

Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)

* Embed all placed images or include the linked originals separately.

* Supply necessary font files or convert all text to outlines.

Raster Images

Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Bitmap Image (.bmp), GIF Image (.gif), JPEG Image (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG Image (.png), TIF Image (.tif, .tiff)

* Additional artwork charges will apply if only raster images are supplied.

Dielines

AutoCad (.dxf), ArtiosCad (.ard)

* Files under 10 MB can be sent via email to: csr@royalgraphics.ca

* Files up to 100 MB can be uploaded to our FTP Server. (Contact us for access)

Creative Artwork Graphic Consultation

Our state-of-the-art graphic department is fully equipped to manage any project from concept to finished plate. We provide complete creative services including; concept & design, typesetting, colour separation, trapping & pre-press troubleshooting.

Pre-Press Troubleshooting

If you are concerned about the end result of your design and print quality or are unsure what requirements are needed we can help. We will conduct a full diagnostic troubleshooting of your art file to ensure it prints perfectly and meets all of the specifications for the press your job will be running on.

Photopolymer Printing Plates

We manufacture plates from small to large in any thickness required. from .045 to .250 gauge. We can create continuous image plates up to 48" x 78".

Photopolymer Printing Plate Repair

We can repair your current plates whether you need worn-out slugs replaced, the backing replaced, or if one of your plates on a multi-colour job was damaged, we will match it up and create a new plate.

Press Fingerprint

Fingerprinting your press will allow you to benchmark the performance of your press and optimize consistency in your finished product.

Press Characterization

Press Characterization will allow for colour management control between input data & finished printed product.

Opti-Chek Plate Mounting

We offer quality plates that are press-ready with perfect registration for multi-colour mounts. We provide our customers with a full-size colour proof with each print plate ensuring you are getting exactly what you ordered.
